What is Monvore?

Monvore is a British menswear brand focused on refined, timeless essentials. Our clothing blends classic British style with modern European precision, resulting in pieces that feel clean, confident and comfortable for everyday wear. We design menswear that looks understated yet elevated, with careful attention to fit, fabric and simplicity.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden charges.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Once dispatched, standard delivery within the UK generally takes 2 to 5 business days.

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow the delivery in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

At this moment, Monvore ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. If international shipping becomes available in the future, we will announce it on our website and newsletter.

What is your return policy?

If an item doesn’t work out, you can return it within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and include all packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at info@monvore.com and our team will guide you through the steps.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After your returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may need some additional time to finalise the transaction.

Do you accept exchanges? 

Yes. If you need a different size or prefer another item, simply contact us at info@monvore.com and we will be happy to arrange an exchange. 

What payment methods do you accept?

Monvore supports a wide range of secure payment methods including:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay.

All payments are safely processed through SSL-encrypted systems.

Is my information secure?

Yes. Your privacy and security are very important to us. We never store card information and all payment data is handled by trusted, encrypted payment partners. Your personal information is processed according to strict privacy standards.

What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your parcel appears delayed or your tracking link shows no updates, please contact us at info@monvore.com
We will investigate the issue and provide an update as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update or cancel it.
Please email us shortly after placing your order and we will do our best to help.
